                                    Brief Answer:
Go for advised tests and empirical antibiotics
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query.
It seems you have got lower respiratory tract infection.
If possible go for a chest xray, complete blood count, sputum for culture sensitivity and AFB and KOH smears.
Till the report comes take paracetamol for fever and empirical antibiotic like azithromycin for 5days. Do continue symbicort inhaler twice daily and salbtamol inhaler on as needed basis.
Hopefully you'll recover. ...
Best wishes

As I stated earlier I have no insurance so was hoping for a better answer. I cannot afford the tests you recommended. I was hoping for some home remedies.

What is the worse that can happen to me if left untreated
                                    Brief Answer:
Be positive
Detailed Answer:
I don't know why you think of worst. Well it may complicate your underlying problem and may lead to respiratory failure. The infection may progress resulting in lung abscess and may disseminate to cause pyothorax or septicaemia.
Well be positive. For the bare minimum try the advised antibiotic.
Best wishes.
