Question : How do I dispose of old estrace and progesterone pills? They are expired. I won't be taking them anymore.

Flush them down after removing the foil covering

Welcome to HCM and thanks for your query.
You are right in that you should not take expired pills. You should not leave them at a place where someone else might find and use.
You could open the covering and flush down the tablets in the toilet, so that no one can access them.
