Question : I one occasion have these red spots appear on my shin. Usually no more than one or two. Picture is attached. Any idea what it is. I have no pain or itching. The skin on my shin is kind of ashy right now.

Abrasion.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I can see a small abrasion. It seems self-inflicted due to scratching. I suggest you apply a topical antibiotic ointment e.g. either Neosporin ointment or Mupirocin ointment.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

I'm sure I did not scratch it. Could it be petechaie? It is slightly raised. I had my CBC done three weeks ago and everything was normal even had a sed rate test and liver panel that was normal.
