Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to Ask a Doctor service!

I understand your concern and would explain that although LDL levels are slightly elevated, they do not indicate dyslipidemia or any increased cardiovascular risk.

Total cholesterol/HDL ratio and LDL/HDL ratio are within the normal ranges( below 4.5 and below 3.5).

So, there is no need to make any changes to your lifestyle or diet.

Anyway, aerobics and a diet rich in omega 3 fatty acids ( walnuts, olive oil, fish, fish oil, etc.) would help reduce naturally LDL levels.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!
