Marinol is a Tetra Hydro Cannabinol and is used for Chemotherapy-Induced Nausea & Vomiting,Decreased Appetite, As Antiemetic Agents; Antitussive/Decongestant /Expectorant Combos etc. Now i am afraid it is a prescription drug and you can not purchase it directly from pharmacy in US. If you have prescription then every pharmacy can arrange it for you. Its easily available every where but not over the counter.And for that you need a US based practitioner. Brief Answer: I am sorry but answer is No Detailed Answer: Thank you for asking! THC is a marijuana and i don't think so that it would be available in legal ways any where in the world. The only legal and trouble free way to get that is by a doctor prescribing it for you.Thats it.
