Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the details and the attached report. TSH is high, you have to do free T3 and T4 blood test and you may have to start on medicines. Thyroid levels cannot be reduced by home remedies or by diet. Yes healthy diet and regular walking helps maintain a good lifestyle but the TSH level is on higher side. So I think you will have to start on medicines.
