Question : How do I remove dark spots on face and head. I also have thick lines on my head like my brain is showing that I try to remove with coconut oil and lemon oil.

I have gone through your query.
I would recommend you to apply a cream containing hydroquinone 2 percent ( kojiglo forte cream ) on the dark spots at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen ( suncros lotion) during the day time for 5-6 weeks.
For thick lines apply moisturizing cream containing white soft paraffin ( moisturex soft cream) on the affected area twice daily.
