Brief Answer:
Increase the dose of Levothyroxine.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As you can see the TSH and T4 levels are improved with treatment but you need to increase the dose, if there is more than 4 weeks with the same dose and have taken the tablets regularly in the morning.

A high TSH can cause; tiredness, feeling sleepy, difficulty in losing weight, impotence, constipation, dry skin, increase in cholesterol level etc.

Please report the actual dose so I can suggest you how to increase it for the next month.

Looking forward to help you further.
