Brief Answer:
dialysis should be done

Detailed Answer:

Hi XXXXXXX

Urea creatinine are a marker of kidney function if they are high that means that the kidneys are not working. the level mentioned are critically high , this shows that the amount of kidney function is only less than 5 %. Dialysis is a plastic kidney. so till your own kidney starts working again dialysis should be done. to remove these waste products like urea creatinine water from the body. dialysis is a safe option at any age. if it is required and we do not do it then we are endangering the life of the patient. treating doctor can discuss the safety as per patient condition.

so how to prevent increase in urea is by making the kidney work.

So, how will the kidney start working again - we have to identify the cause why it has stopped. Whether it is permanently damaged or reversibly damaged.

these can be done only by examining the clinical history and reports in detail . so the treating doctor has to take the decision.

If the doctor decides that the kidney is permanently damaged. then once patient gets better with dialysis and medicines he can be offered transplant.

best wishes
