Hello,
Leg swelling drainage is done by medications only, which increases one's urine output. So, increasing the urine would drain fluid in the leg through urine. Leg swelling drainage can't be done using needle and syringe.
Also, cause of leg swelling needs to be treated like cardiac, liver or kidney diseases. Leg elevation also helps to reduce leg swelling. If cause for leg swelling is varicose veins then its treated with surgery or stockings. If leg swelling is due to block in some veins then those blockages may be opened by stenting.
