Brief Answer:
Can be muscular pain or arthritis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The pain in the left foot that you have can be a muscular pain or due to arthritis or related to diabetic neuropathy. This needs a proper examination to find the cause. In addition to ice and local balm, you need to have mild pain killers, keep the foot elevated while resting and can have methylcobalamin supplements and see if it helps.

In case the pain persists then do consult your physician for examination and prescription medicines.

I hope this answers your query.

Wishing you good health.
