How Do You Get Rid Of Freckles Around The Nose And Eyes?
Question: I have lots of freckles around nose, and some between eyes. Can you please suggest on how to get rid of them.
I have recently completed my course of sofaret 20 mg for almost 1 year, before that freckles were not very prominent but now they are very much visible and are increasing, Please help

I would recommend you to apply a triple combination cream containing hydroquinone, mometasone and tretinoin on the freckles at night along with application of a broad spectrum sunscreen on the entire face during the day time.
Triple combination cream is a prescription drug and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
Also, stay away from direct sun exposure, use scarf, umbrella and sunglasses whenever out in the sun as sun exposure will increase the number and size of freckles.
