Hello dear , welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
To determine if you have a gastroduodenal ulcera, gastritis or just hyperacidity you should do a fybroscopy.
A fybroscopy is a camera tube inserted into the stomach and duoden to see the mucosal linnings.
Also you may perform the breathing test for helicopter pylori which is the main cause of ulcera.
