How Do You Treat Low Energy, Constant Tiredness And Body Aches?

Question: My husband is 34 years old and he feels like an old man. He feels generally tired most of the time, has low energy, and is subject to a lot of aches & pains. I know a good bit of this is his eating & drinking habits...mainly sodas, and lack of exercise, but I'm trying to think of other means to give him energy & whatever vitamins and minerals that could benefit him. Please help thanks!

Brief Answer:
Has he been evaluated for low thyroid?

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I will recommend that your husband gets his T4 and TSH measured. These symptoms could be suggestive of hypothyroidism. Also, he must reduce hs alcohol intake and learn to eat more. Regular exercise of 150minutes per week would also help boost his immune system.

I hope these guides and helps.
