Brief Answer:
Maybe retrograde ejaculation.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It is possible that you may have retrograde ejaculation.

Normally the ejaculate/semen leaves through the penis. In retrograde ejaculation, it goes back into the bladder and would be present in the urine.

Though it can be concerning to the person, it does not cause any symptoms or issues unless trying to conceive.

There are different possible causes-
(1) It can be a side effect of some medications eg Flomax, Cardura, some antidepressants.
(2) Due to diabetes and its effect on the nerves in the genital tract.
(3) Injury to the spinal cord or other neurological conditions.
(4) Surgery to the prostate or bladder.

I hope this helps.
