How Does Clomipure Plus Help While Treating PCOS?

Question : I was on Clomipure plus 100mg last month i Ovulated on day 13th and but no sucess.
This month also i took clomipure plus but till day 17 no dominant follicile.

I have PCOs. please advice is this normal with women suffering from PCOS

I can understand your concern here.
Clomiphene is used to stimulate ovulation for 3-6 cycles.
It may take several cycle to find the right dose to stimulate ovulation.
So as in your case it is only two cycle do not take any stress.
You should consult your physician for dose regulation and simultaneously lifestyle changes are also helpful in PCOS cases.

Hi doctor

This is my third cycle earlier in my first cycle my doctor gave me goodova plus and had a dominant follicle.
My doctor didn't gave hcg injection and so follicile turns in to cyst..
So we have to wait in next cycle as cyst was not dissolve.

After that I was given clomipure plus and had 20mm follicile on day11 my doctor gave hcg injection. And it ruptured on day13

What is ovaccet forte useful for??
And why I didn't ovulate dis cycle..when I ovulated earlier..??

I have regular 34 day cycle..
And get period every month but at times 34 days or XXXXXXX to XXXXXXX forty days.

Forty days cycle is also once or twice ..

Is my pcod severe or normal..

And what are my chances of pregnancy..

I have done my hcg test tube test and my test is normal..

The chances of pregnancy is 18-20% in each cycle.

Hello dear,

Ovacet is combination of myoinositol, vitamin D3, calcium and it is helpful in regulations of cycle and helpful in ovulation in case of PCOS.
Some cycles in PCOS are anovulatory so maybe this cycle of your is anovulatory so you are not ovulate.
The chances of pregnancy in each cycle is only 18-20%, so this apply on you also.
Your PCOS is normal.

What is laproscopy and drilling of ovaries..???

And when it is used in PCOS patience , my doctor said they will watch next 2 to 3 cycles and then decided for drilling of ovaries...

I saw the video it is very painful procedure?

Laparoscpic ovarian drilling is a surgical procedure to induce ovulation mostly in PCOS patient.
In this a part of ovaries are destroyed to induce ovulation.
Yes, it is a painful procedure but pain can be subsidies through pain killer.
It is usually done in patients not responding to clomiphene therapy for 3-6 cycles.
