This combo test is an an advanced 4th generation test which looks for both antigen and antibody in the blood and one can trust these results as this test is one of the most accurate in the market ( 99.9 % ) and is supposed to be conclusive at 28 days after the supposed infection.

Is this better than the pcr hiv rna test?

Combo test is better than RNA PCR test,because RNA PCR is less accurate,more expensive and takes longer time to get the result.
