Question : how does my right hip xray look ? I have pain on my right side and my leg and lower back

Xray right hip joint is normal

Hi,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have viewed the xray right hip and hope you are not in much discomfort.

There is normal right hip joint space. The visualised bones are normal.

However a pain in the right lower limb can be from the lower back and due to pressure on the nerves in the area. There can be mild bone or right hip joint problems and are not showing in the xray. You might need a MRI LS spine and hip joint if the pain is persisting.
