Question: Hello Doctors
I am suffering from Spine Tb. Is it possible due to Spine Tb I am not able to walk.During walk my legs are faltering.If this is due to tb how much time it will take to walk again

Hi,

Yes, your condition is very much possible complication of spinal tuberculosis.
But at what level of spine (means dorsal or lumbosacreal spine and number of the spine), damage is present would decide the symptoms.
Second you have asked about time required full recovery, again it depends upon level of damage of spine.
Usually vary from 15 days to 6 months.
So more specific answer I would need you MRI spine report, please upload it.
And for how long have you been taking anti tuberculer drugs?

Ok, so after seeing MRI report,
1.your symptoms are definitely due to TB.
2. And may take around 4 to 6 month, for complete resolution of your symptoms from the date of starting anti tubercular drugs.
