How Effective Are Finasteride And Mecobal Tablets In Treating Hair Fall And Dandruff?

Question: Hi ,

Recently I have visited one of the famous dermatologist in my home town(Gwalior) for consulting my Hair fall and dandruff problem.He suggested me Mx10 along with Finasteride,Harvest and mecobal tablets he also prescribed bontress lotion .Please advice me if this prescription looks good for hair fall and Dandruff and how should i use Bontress lotion with Mx-10 in combination .How long i should take these medicine and let me know in of these have side effect too.

Dandruff can be caused by fungal infection, local allergy or poor hygiene of the hairs whereas hair fall can be related of number of reasons like
generically determined
dandruff
poor nutrition
exposure to dust or sunlight

So if you can provide me more details like
Family history of baldness
Since hoe long you have this problem

If you can upload a photograph that will be very handy to reach upto a conclusive diagnosis

In my opinion your doctor have prescribed you right medicines please follow his advice sincerely I am sure you will be benefited with this treatment
You can ask your doctor for minoxidil oil once dandruff disappears.
Avoid direct exposure to sunlight and dusty environment
XXXXXXX 10 can be applied in wet hairs and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes than rinse with water
Bontress lotion can be applied once hair get dry.
You need to continue it for at least 2 to 3 months
These medicines don't have much side effect except some gastric trouble like gastritis or acidity.

Hi,

As per your request I have uploaded my latest blood report and some of my images.I see that that Vitamin B12 is less .

Family history of baldness-My Father is around 54 and his hair condition is quite ok .I have been suffering hair fall since 4 years but I have got dandruff first time in my life that too is very severe.

You advised me to use XXXXXXX 10 in wet hairs and keep it for 5 to 10 minutes then rinse with water and Bontress lotion can be applied once hair get dry however my doctor advised me use Mx 10 1 ML in morning and in evening and Bontress I need to apply on scalp before going on Bed.

Please look in to this.

Looking at your reports and photographs, this can be related to nutritional deficiency or dandruff ( to be more precise)

You can apply MX 10 twice in day for few days and than you can sit it over to once daily or alternate day
It's better to apply or massage your hair roots with it bontress lotion preferably at night

You can take follihair as nutrional supplements
If dandruff doesn't cure with MX 10 you mat require a oral course of antifungal drugs

Avoid direct exposure of sunlight to hairs
keep it well moisturised

I would like to know some antifungle drugs which will help me to remove the dandruff soon.

I want to get ripped it off as not cost .Please let me know how i can get think hair again.
