                                    Brief Answer:
The contraceptive pill is effective in your case
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
I am Dr Ramadevi Wani. I will be answering your concerns.
Yes. Trilinyah is more than 99% effective when used correctly.
Since you were late in taking one tablet by few hours, the contraceptive is definitely effective. Don't get worried about it.
The symptoms like fullness and tender breasts are most likely the side effects of pills. The cramps indicate that you may start your period shortly.
Relax. Don't keep doing pregnancy test unnecessarily. Do it only if you miss your period.
I hope this helps.
If you have further concerns, I will be happy to answer.
