How Effective Is Keppra For Treatment Of OCD?

Question: I am on Lexapro 40 mg for some OCD symptoms, Klonopin 2 mg, Keppra 1000mg as mood stabilizer and Solian (Amisulpride) 100mg. My psychitrist want to give me a higher dosage of Keppra to help the metabolism of Lexapro and obtain a higher plasma concentration of Lexapro. How long it takes to Keppra to do this effect?

Now, when your psychaitrist has decided to increase the dose of keppra then it is good.

Keppra has its effects already. For helping the metabolism of lexapro it will start effect immediately but your symptoms will take time for improvement.

So I can say about 2 to 3 weeks will be required to get any further improvement over current benefits.
