Question : Are my worrries of terminating a pregnancy with an MTP kit almost nonexistant? Is it for sure to almost guarantee termination?

I had gone through your question and understand your concerns.

MTP kit is more than 98% effective if taken within 10 weeks of pregnancy.

After using MTP kit you should expect bleeding and cramps. Bleeding usually starts within one day of using the first set of pills but it sometimes starts later. Bleeding can be heavier than a normal menstruation.

Can you please write when was the first day of your last menstrual period and when did you have unprotected sex?

December 9th was the first day, heavy blood for 4 days, and sex about a week after...by taking mifepristone 200 mg pill orally and then 4 200 mg misoprostol 24 hours later, can i expect almost 100 percent chance of termination if pregnancy is less than 3 weeks?

It is impossible for anyone to say that there is 100% chance without a physical exam but in my opinion you do not have to be worry because chances of abortion are very, very high.
The only way to confirm that abortion is complete is to have an ultrasound 10 days after using the medicines.
