Question : Hey I am having PCOD. I am 68 Kg and 25 years old 5'4" tall. Doctor suggested to take normoz and diet and exercise regularly. I often face Migraine issues. So will Normoz help me in migraine as well? As due to migraine I am not able to exercise and do proper dieting, I have strong craving for sweet items, if I don't eat migraine starts.

Normoz only helps with PCOD and not with migraine.
For treatment of migraine you need to consult a neuro physician.
Get your hormones and blood sugars tested to rule out diabetes as a reason for sweet cravings.
Sweets only worsen migraine.
What you need is a proper diet chart by a dietitian to give you proper energy through out the day plus control your calories.
