Question : Good day!
It seems that i have foreskin tightness (Balanitis). I have ordered Novoglan for gentle foreskin. C
an you comment accordingly.

Foreskin tightness or phimosis is usually cured surgically where the tightness is reduced by dilating the foreskin under anaesthesia.
Novoglan works on the same principle.
It dilates the constriction slowly.
If you have mild degree of phimosis this product would be helpful to you.

1. The soap and the oil burn the penis, not unbearable (On a Scale of 0 – 10, 10 being unbearable – my experience is a 3 – any comments?
2. There is the oil and cream – when should the cream be used?
