Brief Answer:
Can be a side effect of planB

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Since you have taken plan B after72 hours of unprotected intercourse, chances of its failure in preventing pregnancy is high.
However, symptoms of pregnancy like sore nipples, bloating, weight gain occur only at least 2 weeks after conception.
There is no change of dosage of plan B depending on weight.
The gaseous distension and engorged breasts can be a side effect of plan B which has levonorgestrel hormone.
I suggest you to wait for the periods and if delayed, then do get a urine pregnancy test to confirm the diagnosis.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Wishing you good health.
