I had cramping , no bleeding, now my period is late. note plan b was used due to the fact I just started birth control, about 2 months ago. just to be safe.

Brief Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM

Detailed Answer:
If you were on birth control pills and took Plan B within 72 hours after intercourse, then possiblity of pregnancy is negligible. Plan B is very effective almost 99%. But since your are on birth control pills, this was not neccesary at all and period irregularity is expected since you took significant dose of syntetic hormons. There is no rule about bleeding after Plan b intake. Some women experience excessive bleeding and some dot have it all. Both scenarios arent related to pregnancy risk. So just dont worry, your period will come, try to us only birth control pills in future.
WIsh you good health. Regards
