Question : Hi I have a Prolactinoma (I take Cabergoline/ I also have PCOS I take metformin for this) I put on a lot of weight due to the tumor and I have lost 20kgs but I need to lose another 20kg as we want to have a baby .. I have been on HCG diet before with the hormone injections and it worked well with me (this was before I was diagnosed) is it okay for me to go back on it?

To the best of my knowledge, there is no published study that demonstrates safety and effectiveness of the hCG diet. In fact it is frowned upon by my most endocrinologists. I would not recommend it at all
