Question : I am on Lexapro 15 mg since one week. I was before during three weeks on Lexapro 10 mg anb before 7.5 mg and 5 mg for two weeks. I am also on Keppra 1000mg as mood stabilizer, Klonopin 2 mg and Solian (100mg, amisulpride), which causes maybe some OCD symptoms because of antagonism of 5ht7 and 5ht2b receptors and dopaminergic activity. Since i am on Lexapro 15 mg, my symptoms of COD are lower and i feel better in more or least 70 %. I would like to know if i can expect to be at 100 % in more or least two more weeks at the same dosage of Lexapro, since there is an important improvement from 10 mg to 15 mg. I am a poor metabolizer for cyp2c19 and mild for cyp2d6
Thanks beforehand

Brief Answer:
Yes you can expect up to 100% improvement
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome back and thanks for writing to us again.
Yes if in one week you noticed some improvement at dose of 15 mg, you would get more improvement in more 2 weeks.I have told in our previous discussion that we should wait 4 weeks to see optimum effect of dose.So you just wait for 2-3 weeks and wish that you recovered 100%.
And yes by chance if you do not reach up to 100 but 90%,it will be your decision that you should go for 17.5 or 20 mg or want to stay on 15 mg with satisfactory improvement.
Wish you fast recovery,I will be glad to answer again.
