hi and welcome. If you meant promogran prisma therapy then this is effective in any open or infected wound and it may facilitate healing but some special results will should not be expected. So pylonidal wound will heal on its own sooner or later without additional measures,prisma may just speed up healing process but it won't cause better cosmetic or final result. Wish you good health.
