Question : burned my hands with bleach before i noticed i washed them, and suck my thumb its a silly habit i now think i have burned my tongue will my unborn baby be ok?

I wore gloves and dont know how the bleach got through them. Im really worried ive burnt my tongue because i suck my thumb, and worried ive harmed the unborn fetus
