Question : I had my small portable blood pressure wrist monitor on my lap and it fell on my left foot on the bone that goes to the big toe. It has been about 2 hours and no swelling or pain. I assume everything is alright. How heavy does something have to be to break or injure a bone in your foot? the machine is 144g with batteries.
Brief Answer:
It should be a heavy object...
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX and thank you for asking HCM!
To brake or injure a bone in your foot the force should be large so it should be a heavy object (more than 5 kg not 145g). More over a bone brake or injury is always accompanied with pain, swelling or blood.
In your case i would like to say don't worry nothing severe has happened.
Hope this was of help!
