Hello!

I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.

It is a known and common side effect of Zonegran to cause trouble sleeping especially with doses above 300 mg per day.

So, I would recommend that you refer to your doctor to decrease the daily dose to 400 mg per day as additional benefit with doses above 400 mg per day is barely significant.
