Question : I recently had protected intercourse but unprotected oral with a woman 4 weeks ago. I have no fever, no sore throat, no swollen glands, and no night sweats. I feel great. but I'm having this patches of what looks like acne under both arms and middle of back. is it possible this could be hiv related? I'm freaking myself out. please help!

Hello.
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.
The probability to contract HIV through unprotected oral sex is low.Considering this and the fact that you don't have any symptom that would indicate HIV infection ,it is very unlikely for this rash to be related to HIV infection. This rash might be due to skin irritation or dermatitis. There are a lot of possible causes for such rash.
Although the risk of contracting HIV through oral sex is very low,it is not zero. For this reason I would suggest to run a HIV test (antibody HIV test) at 3 months after exposure.
So you can put your mind at ease.
Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any question.I would be happy to help.
Kind regards,
