                                    Brief Answer:
Chances of getting HIV infection through toilet seat is negligible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Penis touching toilet seat is a quite common sequence for anybody. Nobody would acquire HIV through this means. HIV can not survive other than body fluids for more than few seconds. So nothing to worry.

                                    Brief Answer:
Still the chance of getting HIV is negligible.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Just by touching the toilet seat, nothing could enter below the foreskin unless you had retracted the same. It could be the secretion of your own. When there was an yeast infection you could have a whitish layer or stuff covered your glans (head) penis or it could be smegma.
Even if we considered that you had come in contact with somebody's semen, the man who produced the semen was not necessarily be a HIV positive individual. Moreover Just contact with semen without penetration and in the absence of any abrasions, the chance of HIV transmission is negligible. So nothing to worry.

                                    Brief Answer:
Your symptoms are not due to HIV
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

Cough and fever are common symptoms those can occur to anybody without HIV. Earliest manifestations of HIV disease can occur only 3-4 weeks after the risky contact when there is an infection.
So still I assure that you are unlikely to contact HIV infection. The symptoms were unlikely to be due to HIV.
