                                            hospital stay increases the risk
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
pseudomonas is not a common pathogen for the community. Pseudomonas usually resides in hospitals. If you've visited or stayed in a hospital then this is how you've probably acquired this pathogen.
Most of the times the urinary tract pathogens are intestinal bacteria that enter the urinary tract due to the close proximity of the vagina and the anus. This is how most UTI are transmitted.
Regarding the risk for you to transmit pseudomonas to other individuals, this is not high. It requires close contact with you and perhaps even not so rigorous hygiene measures.
Clindamycin is not an effective antibiotic against pseudomonas. I suppose you were taking it for another reason. An antibiogram is essential to successfully treat this pathogen, since there are various sensitivities that may make treatment in the community impossible and require hospital stay.
I hope I've addressed your concerns!
