How Is Congestive Heart Failure Treated?

Question: I think my doctor has done everything required to treat my CHF ... with medicines to drain fluids, strengthen the heart muscles, tests to check ejection fraction, referral to an implant doctor for a BiV/ICD, etc. Is there anything else that should have / could have been done or can be done?

1.what are your current medications?.I am sure your treating doctor must have optimised medicines and doses.
2.I would like to know the cause of CHF ,kindly attach your reports of ECG,Echo etc.
