Question : A physician I saw recently noted that I have lost the pad fat in the palms of my hands. I didn't ask him at the time, but since he made note of it each time I saw him I was wondering what this is significant of?

Fat pad is lost when fibrosis is happening In deep tissue.
It can happen in conditions like scleroderma.
