I have gone through the details.It is not clear about morphology, distribution, symptoms of rash, treatment taken if any , any other diseases etc.
Herpes can be transmitted by intercourse or skin to skin contact or kiss.Herpes1 usually involves around oral and body.herpes 2 usually involves genitals.But both can occur at any of the areas.
If the lesions are herpes in the girl mentioned, it may be herpes Or else. Please send the clear photos of rash as there are many causes of rash may be acne or folluculitis etc.
Sore throat can be due to any respiratory contact with any person .
