How Is Herpes Transmitted?

Question : I beleive I am having a first outbreak of herpes on my chest. I am a 32 year old guy. I was single for over the last 7 years and didn't do random hookups or anything. I signed up for a sex personals website because of my lack of a better option and met with a girl about 1 month ago. we both got down to just our bottom underwear on. I kissed her breasts and mouth area and was on top of her, but keeping my bottom away from her though, because I Was having an erection problem (E.D) I backed off an noticed that although she had her bottom underwear on, her inner thigh had a few "blisters" or something that I now would classify as herpes. I realized it was risky but I wasn't sure what it was as I was and still am very sexually inexperienced. I decided not to be rude and accuse her of that, she ended up giving me a BJ and I left the whole meeting was about 15 minutes or so. she never took her bottom underwear off. A month later now, I have blisters on my chest and some red bumps there also. I also had something in my throat swollen a few days ago, (uvula? maybe?) I fear that because when I was kissing her breasts my chest was near her bottom area and I got herpes that way. we werent rough or anything and I didnt notice and broken or bleeding blisters. I now have some broken and bleeding blisters on my chest though. Is there anything else that this could be other than herpes. Could it be herpes 1 since its only on my chest and not genitals?

I uploaded a photo. You can see a few of the red dots. Many of them have gone away over last night. What do you think this is?

I just uploaded an picture of my chest, the red bumps have subsided somewhat and there arent as many now but if you look closely you can see.

Do you think this could be HIV? I red that about a month after infection with HIV people get red dots or a rash on the chest area and also get fatigue and general sick feeling, I have all of those symptoms. The lady was in her late 40's.
