Question : How is it possible to get a METAVIR Score of F4, APRI 2.17 after less than four years of non binge drinking from ultrasound results in a 33yr old male? The only person I am hearing from is a PA who sadly keeps feeding me information that makes it sound like I am going to die next week.

Just 4 years non binge drinking alone will not lead to Metavir F4/APRI 2.17.
You have to look for other causes.
