Well, Lupus is diagnosed both as a combination of clinical features and blood tests. So, both go hand in hand before starting treatment.

For diagnosing Lupus the tests mandatory are:

1. ESR
2. Complete blood count
3. ANA
4. ENA profile
5. Anti DsDNA
6. Complement C3 C4

But all these tests hold valid if you have symptoms related to lupus. Just the tests positive and no symptoms also doesnt hold much implication
