Question : I am 81 years old. Suffer from adrenal fatigue (or anxiety). Yesterday took 5mg. tablet of ritalin generic at about 10 AM, happily cooked and did other chores through the morning.
Went to bed at 10:30 PM, but was up multiple times during the night. Very tired this AM. How likely a side effect of the Ritalin?
