Question : I have taken one combiflam for little headache. After how much time can I take alcohol.

Combiflam is a combination drug containing ibuprofen and paracetamol. If you took a normal dose of this then waiting 6 hours should be fine. The ibuprofen can irritate the stomach lining and so can alcohol so it is best not to take them together. Both alcohol and Combiflam are best taken with food.
