Brief Answer:
You can try after 6 months to one year.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting us about your health care.
I feel sorry about your loss and understand your concerns.
Anhydramnios( total absence of amniotic fluid )occurs in a syndrome called potter syndrome but it can be due to early rupture of membrane, maternal hypertension and foetal congenital abnormalities.
Placenta removed through instrument because it is adhere to the wall of the uterus due to absence of amniotic fluids.
You can try 6 months to one year and due to this abortion you have no future problem. But when you will conceive continue your pregnancy under strict supervision.

Hope you found it useful. Feel free to discuss more information.
Good luck.

Brief Answer:
Yes,you can have a healthy baby in future.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
You are most welcome.
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
I think these are not the main cause of anhydramnios because it is most likely due to congenital causes or early rupture of membrane.
So please do not take any stress and your future pregnancy will be fine.
You should be consious enough from the beginning and get your investigation done to rule out congenital abnormalities.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
