Brief Answer:
RNA PCR is conclusive by 4 weeks. HIV duo conclusive by 12 weeks.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.

HIV 1 RNA PCR test will be having a conclusive result 4 weeks after the high risk contact to rule out HIV 1 infection. HIV DUO test will be conclusive by 90 days to rule out both HIV 1 and 2.
All the contact are not necessarily infectious. All the sex workers are not necessarily HIV positive. So not to worry much. Safe sex always is better.

Brief Answer:
RNA PCR test would not be affected by these drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.

I already noticed these drugs from your medical history.
These drugs would not affect anyway with the HIV RNA PCR Qualitative test. There may be a possibility of delay in antibody formation and the extension of window period for antibody based tests like ELISA/Rapid test, Western BLOT test etc.
So you can take up RNA PCR Qualitative test 4 weeks after the high risk contact.
