Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to health care magic
I had gone through your question and I really appreciate your concern.
Healing of fracture depends upon number of factors and it may take from 3 to 6.months to heal properly.
Radiating pain to the shoulder might be suggestive of nerve impingement or ligaments or mucle pull.

Here I would like further information to guide you better
If possible upload me the X ray images of the fractured site
Have you undergone surgery or it was fixed with external plaster or fixators?
Since when did you start radiating pain in shoulder?

In my opinion you should keep proper immobilisation of the forearm until it heals fully.
You should take calcium and multivitamin supplements.
you should also go for physiotherapy if plaster or cast has been removed

Please write back to me with these details so that I will be able to tell you more precisely
Best regards
