Chickenpox is a viral infection.
It spreads when an infected person coughs or sneezes or comes in contact.
You can get the infection and develop symptoms anytime between 10 and 21 days after exposure.
Red bumps and fluid filled blisters are formed. Multiple crops of rashes are formed.
The rashes usually disappear in 5-10 days forming crusts.
