How Long After Withdrawal From Contraceptive Pills Can One Conceive?
Question: Hi Doctor XXXXXXX how are you? Hope you are well and in good health.
Basically just wanted to ask you That after getting off the pill does it sometimes take some time to conceive. At the moment I don't mind. I was just wondering that I'm off the pill for 2-3 months now at haven't conceived? Even if it happens after few months that's Allah will (whatever God wills) but I just want to keep myself cautious that I hope I don't have any problems or my husband doesn't. I know of so many people having problems. And I don't want to be one of them of having problems later in the future conceiving. My periods are regular 28 day cycle

you are a very goodr person by heart and your every follow up makes my belief even stronger.
The behaviour of ovaries after stopping oral pills is very erratic.
At times there is increased ovulation immediately after stopping the pills which even increases the chances of twins as we had a discussion in recent past.
But most females takes 3-6 months to start with ovulation and thus conception after stopping the pills.
Since you have a good regular cycle there won't be any problems most likely.
