Question : how long before haldol decanoas is completely out of your system? Around 8 weeks ago I received my last 200 mg dose. around 6 weeks ago I started 20 mg oral.

The half life of haldol decanoate is around 3 weeks and generally it takes five half life to get completely out of system. In other words haldol decanoate gets cleared from system in 15 weeks.

Similarly the half life of oral preparation is around one day and on chronic administration the half life changes to multiple days depending on the duration of use. Since you are on oral preparation for just 2 weeks the above answer will be more relevant for you. I mean to say that it will take 15 weeks to get cleared from your system.
