This is a very difficult question to answer.

Generally it would take at least many months for a sexually transmitted infection to progress until it contributes to in fertility.

The progression to infertility would depend on the health of the patient and the extent and type of sexually transmitted disease. Right now they have been no long-term studies that help us really determine the exact timeframe.
